Subcontract Project Management

Atico Solutions takes ownership of subcontractor packages from mobilisation to handover (RIBA Stages 5 and 6). We manage the day-to-day operations of multiple trades on site, bridging the gap between main contractor and specialist subcontractor. Our team ensures each package integrates cleanly into the construction programme—with coordinated phasing, clash avoidance, and clear reporting at every stage.

Every package is scoped to avoid ambiguity, duplication, or gaps between trades.
